This may be the solution. Perhaps this is what has given me, a female, increased energy and reduced hair loss. Though I did not notice hair loss except in the drain, the amount has diminished by 75%. I eat no processed foods and consume a lot of sea salt. Although I had low T4 levels, taking this three times a week feels beneficial.

I self-diagnosed thyroid issues, suspecting a thyroid problem as I began gaining weight and experiencing hair loss. I also had constant fatigue despite adequate sleep. When I take the kelp, it replenishes a vital form of energy I feel incomplete without. If you don't have an iodine deficiency, you might not notice the same effect. Overall, I’m satisfied with this product, including its price, packaging, and effectiveness. :)
